R E S O L U T I O N
|
|
|
WHEREAS, Marion Maurice Wilson of Mineola passed away on June |
|
|
21, 2009, at the age of 53, leaving his family and friends with many |
|
|
special memories of time spent in his company; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Born on August 6, 1955, in Gladewater, Mr. Wilson |
|
|
was the son of Curtis Cecil and Reba Adella Hooks Wilson; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, He lived in Mineola for the majority of his life and |
|
|
was a congregant of Smith Chapel United Methodist Church; he was |
|
|
employed as a welder; and |
|
|
WHEREAS, Although his life ended far too soon, Marion Maurice |
|
|
Wilson will forever hold a treasured place in the hearts of those |
|
|
who knew and loved him; now, therefore, be it |
|
|
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 81st Texas |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby pay tribute to the life of |
|
|
Marion Maurice Wilson and extend sincere condolences to the members |
|
|
of his family: to his son, Stephen Wilson; to his daughter, Nikki |
|
|
Winn; to his sister and brothers, Darlene Haggerton and Densal, |
|
|
A. K., George, and Jerry Wilson; and to his other relatives and |
|
|
friends; and, be it further |
|
|
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be |
|
|
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of |
|
|
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Marion |
|
|
Maurice Wilson. |
