SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 32
|
|
|
WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to |
|
|
recognize John Andrew Traeger, Jr., who is retiring on July 15, |
|
|
2009, from the Office of the Comptroller of Public Accounts; and |
| |
|
|
WHEREAS, Drew Traeger has served the state in several |
|
|
capacities over the course of his career; in addition to his work |
|
|
as a program specialist in the Local Government Assistance and |
|
|
Economic Development Division of the comptroller's office, he |
|
|
has worked for the Texas Senate and the Texas Department of |
|
|
Transportation; and |
| |
|
|
WHEREAS, Throughout his career, Mr. Traeger has been noted |
|
|
for his superior skills and expertise; talented and resourceful, |
|
|
he has handled his many responsibilities with exceptional |
|
|
efficiency and dedication; and |
| |
|
|
WHEREAS, An exemplary employee, Mr. Traeger is respected |
|
|
and admired by his colleagues, and his presence at the Office of |
|
|
the Comptroller of Public Accounts will be greatly missed; now, |
|
|
therefore, be it |

|
|
RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st |
|
|
Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend John Andrew |
|
|
Traeger, Jr., on his service to the Office of the Comptroller of |
|
|
Public Accounts and our state and extend to him best wishes for |
|
|
the retirement years ahead; and, be it further |
| |
|
|
RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for |
|
|
him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate. |
