SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 32
         WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to
  recognize John Andrew Traeger, Jr., who is retiring on July 15,
  2009, from the Office of the Comptroller of Public Accounts; and
 
         WHEREAS, Drew Traeger has served the state in several
  capacities over the course of his career; in addition to his work
  as a program specialist in the Local Government Assistance and
  Economic Development Division of the comptroller's office, he
  has worked for the Texas Senate and the Texas Department of
  Transportation; and
 
         WHEREAS, Throughout his career, Mr. Traeger has been noted
  for his superior skills and expertise; talented and resourceful,
  he has handled his many responsibilities with exceptional
  efficiency and dedication; and
 
         WHEREAS, An exemplary employee, Mr. Traeger is respected
  and admired by his colleagues, and his presence at the Office of
  the Comptroller of Public Accounts will be greatly missed; now,
  therefore, be it
 
         RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas, 81st
  Legislature, 1st Called Session, hereby commend John Andrew
  Traeger, Jr., on his service to the Office of the Comptroller of
  Public Accounts and our state and extend to him best wishes for
  the retirement years ahead; and, be it further
 
         RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for
  him as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
