System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3 as follows:                                                     

(1)  On page 4, line 26, strike "and (c-2)" and substitute ", 	(c-2), and (d)".
	(2)  On page 5, between lines 11 and 12, insert the 
following:               
	(d)  Each time the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board 
revises the Internet database of the coordinating board's official 
statewide inventory of workforce education courses, the State Board 
of Education shall by rule revise the essential knowledge and 
skills of any corresponding career and technology education 
curriculum as provided by Subsection (c).
