System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3, on page 25 of the bill, between lines 1 and 2, by 
inserting the following:
	(i)  A student who successfully completes a dual credit 
course offered by an institution described by Subsection (a) is 
considered to have met the college readiness standard for the 
subject in that same content area assessed under Section 39.023(c).
