System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3 as follows:                                                     

(1)  On page 46, line 23, between the semicolon and "or", 	insert the following:
		(2)  are incarcerated in a correctional facility 
operated by or under contract with the Texas Department of Criminal 
Justice;
	(2)  On page 46, line 24, strike "(2)" and substitute "(3)".
