	Amend CSHB 3 (house committee printing) as follows:                          

(1)  On page 20, lines 17 and 18, strike "(c-4), (e), and (l)" 	and substitute "(c-4) and (e)".
	(2)  Strike page 21, line 20, through page 22, line 7.
