	Amend CSHB 3 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page 34, strike lines 4-6 and substitute the 
following:              
	SECTION 19.  Sections 39.027(a) and (e), Education Code, are 
amended to read as follows:
	(2)  Strike page 35, line 12, through page 36, line 1.                         
	(3)  On page 105, line 4, strike "39.027(a)(3), (4), and (5)" 
and substitute "39.027(a)(3) or (4)".
