Amend CSHB 3, by inserting between page 53, line 27, and page 
54, line 1, the following:
	(g)  Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, 
the commissioner may not consider performance on a student 
achievement indicator under Section 39.053(c) for purposes of 
determining the accreditation status of a district or the 
performance rating of a district, campus, or open-enrollment 
charter school until the data for that indicator has been available 
to all districts, campuses, and open-enrollment charter schools for 
at least two consecutive school years.
