	Amend CSHB 3 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page 54, line 1, between "ORDER" and "NOT" insert "OR 
IN A STATE SCHOOL".
	(2)  On page 54, line 10, between "located." and "The", 
insert the following:
	Additionally, a student resident of a state school is not 
considered to be a student of the district regardless of whether the 
student is court ordered to the state school.
