System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3 as follows:                                                     

(1)  On page 77, line 12, between "(2)" and "may", insert the 	following:

shall provide a copy of the proposed targeted improvement plan or 
any proposed updated plan to each person who attends a hearing under 
this subsection;
		(3)  must post the targeted improvement plan on the 
district's Internet website before the hearing;
		(4)                                                                    
	(2)  On page 77, line 15, strike "(3)" and substitute "(5)".
