	Amend CSHB 3 (house committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  On page 81, line 20, after the semicolon insert "and".             
	(2)  On page 81, line 21, strike "; and" and substitute an 
underlined period.
	(3)  Strike page 81, line 22, through page 82, line 10, and 
reletter the subsequent subsections accordingly.
