Amend CSHB 3 (house committee report) as follows:                            

(1)  On page 94, line 5, strike "and".
	(2)  On page 94, line 6, strike the period and substitute "; 
and".    
	(3)  On page 94, between lines 6 and 7, insert the following:                  
		(6)  library services.
