Amend CSHB 3 (House Committee Report) as follows:                            

(1)  On page 94, line 5, after the underlined semicolon, 	strike "and".
	(2)  On page 94, line 6, strike the underlined period and 
substitute the following:

		(6)  recognized achievement in placing high school 
graduates in institutions of higher education.
