System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3 (house committee report) as follows:                            
	(1)  On page 13, line 2, strike "and" and substitute "[and]". 
	(2)  On page 13, line 5, strike the period and substitute "; 
and".    
	(3)  On page 13, between lines 5 and 6, insert the following:                  
		(3)  the curriculum requirements for the minimum high 
school program under Subsection (a) include a requirement that 
students successfully complete:
			(A)  four courses in English language arts;                           
			(B)  three courses in mathematics;                                    
			(C)  three courses in science; and                                    
			(D)  three courses in social studies.
