System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 3, by striking page 81, line 22 through page 82, 
line 8, and substituting the following:
		(3)  the principal assigned to the campus has reviewed 
the performance of all teachers employed at the campus in the school 
year immediately preceding the repurposing of the campus and 
determined, after consulting with the community and the campus 
intervention team assigned to the campus, which teachers may be 
retained at the campus, giving preference to teachers certified in 
the subject matter taught by those teachers.
