	Amend CSHB 10 as follows:                                                    

(1)  On page 8, line 12, strike "and".
	(2)  On page 8, line 15, strike the period and substitute "; 
and".    
	(3)  On page 8, between lines 15 and 16, insert the 
following:               
		(6)  a nonprofit organization providing self-help 
housing that originates zero interest residential mortgage loans 
for  borrowers who have provided part of the labor to construct the 
dwelling securing the loan.
