Amend HB 25 as follows:                                                      
	(1)  On page 1, strike lines 18-19 and substitute the 
following:             
		(1)  as adjudicated by a court:                                        
			(A)  threatens the public health or safety; or                        
			(B)  violates a law;                                                  
	(2)  On page 1, line 20, strike "(3)" and substitute "(2)".             
	(3)  On page 1, line 22, strike "(4)" and substitute "(3)".             
	(4)  On page 1, line  23, after the semicolon, add "or".                
	(5)  On page 1, line 24, strike "(5)" and substitute "(4)".
