Amend CSHB 103 (Senate committee report) as follows:                         
	(1)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 51.953(e) 
(page 1, line 38), between "education" and "must", insert 
"described by Subsection (c)".
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill, in added Section 51.953(h) 
(page 1, line 60), between "education" and "shall", insert 
"described by Subsection (c)".
