Amend HB 207 (House committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  Strike page 1, lines 5 and 6, and substitute the 
following:             
	SECTION 1.  Section 644.101, Transportation Code, is amended 
by amending Subsection (c) and adding Subsection (f) to read as 
follows:
	(2)  On page 1, between lines 10 and 11, insert the following:                 
	(f)  A municipal police officer, sheriff, or a deputy sheriff 
certified under this section may not enforce this chapter in 
regards to a vehicle transporting agricultural products that were 
produced or grown in this state.
