(1)  On page 1, line 14, strike "; and" and substitute";".
	(2)  On page 1, line 15, strike "facilities." and substitute:           

facilities; and                                                        
		(4)  an agricultural facility or fairgrounds owned or 
operated by a nonprofit organization that is exempt from federal 
income taxation under Section 501 or 503, Internal Revenue Code of 
1986.
	(3)  On page 1, line 21, strike "or facility" and substitute
