Amend HB 281 as follows:                                                     
	On page 1, line 15, insert a new section and renumber 
accordingly: (e-1) A grant under this section may not be given to a 
non-profit entity that offers reproductive services, contraceptive 
services, counseling, or referrals, or any other services that 
require a license under Chapter 245 of the Health and Safety Code, 
or that is affiliated with an entity that is licensed under Chapter 
245 of the Health and Safety Code.
