	Amend CSHB 300 (house committee printing) as follows:                        

(1)  On page 12, line 16, strike "six" and substitute 	"eight". 
	(2)  On page 12, between lines 20 and 21, insert the 
following:              
		(3)  the chair of the Senate Committee on Finance;                     
		(4)  the chair of the House Committee on 
Appropriations;             
	(3)  On page 12, line 21, strike "(3)" and substitute "(5)".     
	(4)  On page 12, line 23, strike "(4)" and substitute "(6)".
