Amend Floor Amendment No. 57 to CSHB 300 (page 20, prefiled 
amendment packet) by Leibowitz as follows:
	(1)  On page 1, strike lines 16 through 18 and substitute the 
following:     
		(2) [(3)]  the project was designated as a toll project 
in a plan or program of a metropolitan planning organization on or 
before September 1, 2005 which included the planned future 
extension of the Dallas North Tollway into Grayson County;
	(2)  On page 1, line 19, strike "[(4)]" and substitute "(3)
[(4)]".
	(3)  On page 1, line 23, strike "(3)" and substitute "(4)" 
[(4)]"
	(3)  On page 1, line 28, strike "[(6)]" and substitute and
