Amend the Parker amendment to CSHB 300 as follows:                           
	(1) On page 1, lines 5 and 6, strike ", after any necessary 
consultation with the metropolitan planning organization," and 
substitute "enter into an agreement or agreements with a".
	(2) On page 1, lines 7-10, strike ", enter into an agreement 
or agreements with the municipalities, counties, or local 
governmental entities in the region for the distribution of money 
to such entities in such region" and substitute "under which the 
council of governments or similar agency receives, manages, and 
distributes the money to entities in the region".
	(3) On page 1, line 12, strike ".".
