The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend CSHB 300 (House committee printing) in ARTICLE 1 of the 
bill by adding the following SECTION to that ARTICLE and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS accordingly:
	Sec. ____.  CONTRACT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF ARCHITECT, 
ENGINEER, SURVEYOR, LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT, OR GEOSCIENTIST.  
Notwithstanding any other law, in procuring professional services 
the department shall contract for services as provided under the 
Professional and Consulting Services Act, Chapter 2254, Government 
Code as it existing on January 1, 2009.
