Amend the Alonzo amendment to CSHB 300 as follows: On page 1, strike lines 15 and 16 and substitute "(c) Notwithstanding Section 202.021 and to the extent permitted by law, the department shall consider offering the real property described by Subsection (b) to a nonprofit".
