Amend CSHB 300 (House committee printing) by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to Article 1 of the bill 
and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of that article as appropriate:
	SECTION ____.  Section 228.057(e), Transportation Code, is 
amended to read as follows:
	(e)  Electronic toll collection customer account 
information, including contact and payment information and trip 
data, is confidential and not subject to disclosure under Chapter 
552, Government Code, and may not be sold to a third party.
