System updates will be applied on February 19, 2026 at 6:00 PM. These updates will include changes to the user interface. Work is expected to take approximately 30 minutes to complete, during which the site will be unavailable.

	Amend CSHB 300 (house committee printing) as follows:                        
	(1)  On page 55, line 18, strike "472.046" and substitute 
"472.047".         
	(2)  On page 65, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following:                  
	Sec. 472.047.  REPORT TO LEGISLATURE.  On or before January 1 
of each year, a metropolitan planning organization shall submit to 
the governor, lieutenant governor, speaker of the house of 
representatives, and standing committees of each house of the 
legislature having primary jurisdiction over transportation 
matters a report on all transportation projects completed in the 
organization's jurisdiction.  For each project the report must 
include:
		(1)  the initial projected cost of the project;                        
		(2)  the final cost of the project;                                    
		(3)  a list of all contractors, subcontractors, and 
firms who worked on the project;
		(4)  the amount paid to each contractor, subcontractor, 
and firm that worked on the project; and
		(5)  a list of minority and women owned business 
enterprises awarded a contract for a project and the amount of the 
contract awarded.
