Amend CSHB 300 as follows:                                                   
	On page 5, line 17 after "Internet."  Insert the following:                    
	In addition, the commission shall use available technology to 
enhance compliance with Chapter 601, Transportation Code, Texas 
Motor Vehicle Safety Responsibility Act.
