	Amend the proposed amendment to CSHB 300 by adding the 
following appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and 
renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  (a)  Section 371.101, Transportation Code, as 
amended by this Act, does not apply to a comprehensive development 
agreement for a project on the IH 69 corridor in Bowie County.
	(b)  A project described by this section is governed by 
Section 371.101, Transportation Code, as that section existed 
immediately before the effective date of this Act, and the former 
law is continued in effect for that purpose.
