Amend CSHB 300, on page 8, line 14, between "legislation" and 
the period, by inserting ", including selecting, hiring, or 
retaining a person required to register under Chapter 305, 
Government Code, or the Lobbying Disclosure Act of 1995 (2 U.S.C. 
Section 1601 et seq.).
