Amend Floor Amendment No. 86 by Hartnett to CSHB 300 (page 206 
in prefiled amendment packet) as follows:
	(1)  On page 1, line 27, strike ":" and substitute "solicit 
federal economic stimulus funding to be allocated for the purposes 
of this chapter."
	(2)  Strike page 1, line 28 through page 2, line 14.
