Amend Amendment No. 95 by S. Miller to CSHB 300 as follows: Strike lines 17, 18, and 19 and substitute the following: "(c) The commission shall consider emergency evacuation routes from nuclear power plants for funding if federal funds become available for emergency evacuation routes."
