	Amend HB 300 on third reading as amended by Floor Amendment 
No. 99 by Paxton to Amendment No. 54 by W. Smith in added 
Subdivision (9) to Section 371.105(d), Transportation Code (page 1, 
line 9 of the amendment to the amendment), by striking "into" and 
substituting "to".
