Amend CSHB 300 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTIONS to the bill and renumbering subsequent SECTIONS of the 
bill accordingly:
	Page 211, line 36 after "300,000" add or a county with a 
population greater than 200,000 and less than 230,000. and
	Page 211, line 39 after "population" add or a county with a 
population greater than 200,000 and less than 230,000.
