Amend CSHB 300 on third reading by adding the following 
appropriately numbered SECTION to the bill and renumbering 
subsequent SECTIONS of the bill accordingly:
	SECTION ____.  (a)  Chapter 325, Government Code, is amended 
by adding Section 325.0125 to read as follows:
	Sec. 325.0125.  Legislation drafted under Section 325.012 
may be amended in either the house or the senate only if the 
proposed amendment directly relates to a provision recommended by 
the commission, or deliberated by the commission in the discharge 
of its duties under Section 325.011.
	(b)  This section takes effect September 1, 2010.
