	Amend CSHB 431 by:                                                           
	In SECTION 1, amend Section 2166.409(b), Government Code, by:                  
	deleting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (E);                    
	inserting the word "and" at the end of paragraph (F); and               
	adding a new paragraph (G) to read as follows:                                 
			(G)  a list of registered interior designers 
submitted by the president of the Texas Association of Interior 
Design.
