Amend CSHB 432 by adding the following appropriately numbered 
SECTION and renumber the subsequent SECTIONS of the bill 
accordingly:
	SECTION __.  Section 2158.0011, Government Code, is added to 
read as follows:
	Sec. 2158.0011.  APPLICABILITY OF SUBCHAPTER.  The 
purchasing requirements relating to alternatively fueled vehicles 
established by this Subchapter do not apply if a state agency 
demonstrates that the state agency will incur net costs in meeting 
the requirements of this subchapter.
