Amend Amendment No. 4 to CSHB 469 (house committee printing) 
by striking "a local" from page 2, line 8 and page 3, line 20.
	Add (n) to Section 11.31:                                                      
	"Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, a 
person may not receive an exemption under this section for property 
described by Subsection (k) (16) unless the property was placed 
into service after September 1, 2009."
	Add (j) to Section 26.045:                                                     
	"Notwithstanding the other provisions of this section, a 
person may not receive an exemption under this section for property 
described by Subsection (k) (16) unless the property was placed 
into service after September 1, 2009."
