Amend CSHB 469 (Senate engrossment) as follows:                              
	(1)  In SECTION 4 of the bill (page 2, line 5), after the 
words, "generated by the project." add, "Prior to the assignment of 
franchise tax credits under this section, the assigning entity must 
inform the comptroller in writing by a method to be determined by 
the comptroller the names and identifying information of all 
persons and entities receiving the credits."
