	Amend HB 482 as follows:                                                     

(1)  On page 1, line 14, strike "The" and substitute "Subject 	to available funding, the".
	(2)  On page 4, line 1, between "FUNDING." and "The", insert 
"(a)".
	(3)  On page 4, between lines 3 and 4, insert the following:                   
	(b)  The department may solicit and accept grants, gifts, and 
donations from any public or private source for the purposes of this 
chapter.
	(4)  On page 5, line 1, strike "Not" and substitute "If 
funding is available, not".
	(5)  On page 5, Line 8, between "2011," and "the Department", 
insert "if that program is implemented,".
