Amend HB 492 (House Committee printing) as follows:                          
	(1) On page 8, line 24, insert "or to engage in any form of 
proselytization" between "purpose" and ".".
	(2) On page 8, between lines 24 and 25, insert the following:                  
		"(8) establish policies and procedures to ensure that 
any money appropriated from the account to the commission that is 
allocated to an organization or initiative that receives a grant or 
assistance under this chapter may not discriminate on the basis of 
race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, sexual 
orientation, political affiliation, or on the basis of disability, 
against:
			(A) an employee or volunteer of such organization 
or initiative; or 
			(B) a recipient of services provided by such 
organization or initiative."
