Amend HB 677 as follows:                                                     
	(1)  On page 1, line 10, strike "60th" and substitute "30th".    
	(2)  On page 1, strike lines 12 through 18 and substitute the 
following:     
		(2)  the respondent is a candidate in the election.                    
	(3)  Strike page 1, line 22, through page 2, line 4, and 
substitute the following:
