The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 677 on page 2, between lines 4 and 5 by inserting the 
following:  
	(c)  This section does not apply to a sworn complaint 
regarding a reporting omission required by law.
