Amend HB 761 (House Committee Printing) as follows:                          
	(1)  On page 1, line 13, between "area" and the underlined 
colon, insert "that".
	(2)  On page 1, strike lines 16-18 and substitute the 
following:             
		(2)  under Section 418.108, Government Code, by order 
or proclamation was declared, continued, or renewed to be under a 
local state of disaster.
