Amend HB 801 on page 3, between lines 17 and 18 by inserting 
the following:
	(h)  The limitations on investments under Chapter 806, 
Government Code, apply to any country in which female children are 
prohibited by law from receiving the same, or a substantially 
similar, formal education as male children in the country.
