Amend HB 801 on page 3, between lines 17 and 18 by inserting 
the following:
	(h)  The limitations on investments under Chapter 806, 
Government Code, apply to Brazil until that country complies with 
the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of Child Abduction.
