	Amend CSHB 802 (house committee printing) on page 1, lines 11 
and 12, by striking "provider or a nurse or physician's assistant 
under the direct supervision of a health care provider" and 
substituting "provider, including a nurse as authorized by Chapter 
301, Occupations Code, or a physician assistant as authorized by 
Chapter 204, Occupations Code".
