The digital content on TLO has been updated to align with the accessibility standards required by WCAG 2.1.



	Amend HB 846 (House Committee Report) as follows:                            

(1)  Strike SECTION 1 of the bill (page 1, lines 6 through 	20).              
	(2)  In SECTION 2 of the bill (page 2, line 4), immediately 
before "information", insert "criminal history".
	(3)  In SECTION 3 of the bill (page 2, line 18), immediately 
before "information", insert "criminal history".
	(4)  In SECTION 4 of the bill (page 2, line 26), strike 
"419.0342, Government Code,".
	(5)  Renumber the SECTIONS of the bill accordingly.
