Amend HB 982 (Senate committee printing) by striking Section 
5 and substituting the following:

	SECTION 5.  To the extent of any conflict, this Act prevails 
over:         
		(1)  another Act of the 81st Legislature, Regular 
Session, 2009, relating to nonsubstantive additions to and 
corrections in enacted codes; and
		(2)  any other Act of the 81st Legislature, Regular 
Session, 2009, regardless of the relative dates of enactment.
